John is passionate about supporting customers with their funding requirements, building strong relationships with an excellent customer focus to tailor a financial solution bespoke for your business
John has 36 years experience in banking, most of which supporting the SME marketplace in a Senior Leadership role, including Regional Managing Director for the Midlands, East, South West & Wales. John also led a national team with responsibilities including credit strategy, risk management, customers in financial difficulty as well as leading a strategic closure of a business within the group.
